This month, MediaTek unveiled the Dimensity 7050, a rebranded version of the Dimensity 1080, and declared that the Lava Agni 2 smartphone will be the first to use the chip in India. The launch date of the phone, May 16, has been officially announced by the corporation today.
Quad rear matrix cameras with a 50MP f/1.55 primary sensor and an f/1.88 aperture are displayed in the teaser image. The confirmed that the phone would have a curved screen.
A FHD+ curved AMOLED screen, in-display fingerprint reader, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage are expected to be included with the phone, according to reports.
The Lava Agni 2 would reportedly cost less than Rs. 20,000 and will be manufactured in India. Along with Lava.com, offline retailers, and Amazon.in, the phone will be available for purchase.
