Apple finally updated its Mac Pro with the new M2 Ultra Chip at the WWDC. According to the business, the Mac Pro is up to three times faster than the previous-generation Intel-based model.
The Mac Pro with the M2 Ultra comes with twice as much RAM and SSD storage, a 24-core CPU, and a GPU with up to 76 cores. Additionally, the new Mac Pro may be set up with up to 192GB of RAM and 800GB/s of unified memory bandwidth.

Now, every Mac Pro has seven Afterburner cards’ worth of performance built right in. Unprecedented 22 streams of 8K ProRes video can be played by it. When using six video I/O cards, it can support up to 24 4K camera feeds and instantly encode them to ProRes on a single system.

It includes eight built-in Thunderbolt 4 ports, which is twice as many as before. There are two Thunderbolt 4 ports on the top and six on the back. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 are supported along with up to six Pro Display XDRs.
Three USB-A ports, two HDMI connectors with greater bandwidths that support up to 8K resolution and up to 240Hz frame rates, two 10Gb Ethernet connections, and a headphone jack that supports high-impedance headphones are also included with the Mac Pro.
Price and accessibility
There are tower and rack-mounted enclosures for the Mac Pro. Both the Mac Pro (Tower Enclosure) and the Mac Pro (Rack Enclosure) have starting prices of Rs. 7,29,900 and Rs. 7,79,900, respectively.
On Tuesday, June 13, it will start shipping and becoming available in Apple Store locations and Apple Authorised Resellers. It is currently available for purchase on apple.com/in/store and in the Apple Store app.
