The Nothing ‘Phone (2)’, a forthcoming smartphone from the London-based consumer technology company, would be produced in India to meet the needs of the Indian market, according to the announcement. This comes after the phone (1), which was made in Tamil Nadu, India.
The company said last week that the phone (2) contains three times as many recycled or bio-based materials as the phone (1). The Phone (2), which features a larger 6.7-inch screen but a certified carbon footprint of 53.45 kg, over 5 kg less than the Phone (1), was also introduced.

Nothing has previously verified the phone’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC or the fact that it will have a 4700mAh battery, which is marginally larger than the 4500mAh battery in the phone (1).
The business claimed that it is still growing its customer support network in the region, which now includes support through the Nothing India channels and 230+ authorized service centers spread across more than 250 locations.
